About Mom’s Pick Awards
Mom’s Pick Awards is a program of National Parenting Foundation for family-related products. It brings the product's submitted information, its supporting evidence and the scope of recognition into a record that readers can check.
For applicants, the process provides clear requirements and a documented decision. For families and others reading an award statement, the public record identifies the product and version to which that statement applies.

Who the program serves
- Parents and caregivers can check an award reference, compare the product identity and read the recorded scope.
- Brands, manufacturers and authorized representatives can submit a product with supporting documents.
- Recipients can download free digital recognition and describe it accurately in their product information.
Each service has its own direct route. Public verification does not require an applicant account, and recipient services do not require a purchase.
How it operates
Applications are accepted throughout the year and submitted entirely online. No samples are required, and there is no application or review fee. A complete application normally takes about two months to review, counted from confirmation that the required materials have been accepted for review.
The assessment uses submitted product information and supporting evidence. Submission does not guarantee recognition. Applicants receive the decision through their authorized contact.
Free recognition and optional items
Recognized products receive a digital award certificate, permission to use the digital award mark and a public NPF registry record at no charge. There is no paid recipient package or digital renewal requirement.
Trophies, printed certificates and physical labels are optional purchases handled through a separate quote and order process. Purchasing them, declining them or resolving an order problem does not affect the award result.
The NPF relationship
National Parenting Foundation operates the program. ParentingUSA is the foundation's website and hosts the NPF Healthy Products Registry, where readers can verify the product record directly.
Review responsibility
Applications are considered against published criteria. The review record identifies the evidence relied upon, any request for clarification and the basis of the decision. Review and physical-item orders are handled separately so purchasing activity does not influence assessment.
Applicants may ask for review of a factual or procedural error. Product-record concerns are assessed through a separate public feedback route.
Next steps
Prepare a product application, learn how to read an award record or find official information for a media inquiry. For a question about your own application or recipient service, use the program contact route.
