Look up a public award reference to see the recognized product, model or version, award year and current record status. Verification is free and does not require an account. Use it when checking a certificate, a product's award statement or a mark on packaging.
Reference search
Enter the full reference shown on the certificate or record. It begins with MPA, followed by the award year and a six-digit reference number. A certificate's QR code can take you directly to the corresponding NPF record.
Record result
A matching result identifies the product name, brand, model or version, category, award year, reference and review scope. Read the status and dated notes before relying on the award statement. Open the NPF record to see the full public entry.
Private application information and recipient downloads are not part of a public verification result.
Status explanation

| Replaced | Follow the linked replacement and check the identity and version. |
| Withdrawn | Recognition is no longer active; read the reason and effective date. |
No match or service error
A missing result may follow from an incorrectly copied number or from the absence of a public record. It is different from a service error, which means the lookup could not be completed. Correct the reference or search the product directory; retry a service error.
Compare certificate details
- Open the official record on parentingusa.org.
- Compare the name, brand, model or version, year and reference with the certificate.
- Read the current status and any replacement or withdrawal note.
- Check that the product being sold is the same version.
A copied certificate or QR image can still point to a genuine record for a different product. Matching the identity matters as much as finding a reference.
Report a discrepancy
If the certificate, packaging or product page does not match the record, provide the reference, the page or image where you saw the statement and the specific difference. Authorized recipients should request a correction through recipient access.
