An award trophy provides a physical display of the recognized product and year. The product name, brand and other approved inscription details are checked before production. Specifications and price are set out in your quote.

A printed award certificate uses the same product identity, award year and reference as your free digital certificate. You may also print the PDF yourself without buying this service.

Printed labels reproduce approved award artwork for use with the recognized product. Quote requirements include quantity, size, intended placement and delivery destination. Ordering labels does not create permission to use the mark on another product.

1. Verify your authorized recipient email and choose the awarded product.
2. Select the items and quantities you would like quoted.
3. Review the itemized price, specifications and estimated schedule.
4. Check the inscription or artwork proof.
5. Confirm a purchase under the quoted order terms.
6. Receive production and dispatch information through the order service.

A request is an inquiry for a quote, not a completed purchase.

The quote identifies the item specifications, quantity, currency, production charges, delivery charges and any applicable taxes. It also gives the quote's validity period and estimated production and delivery schedule. Review those details before agreeing to purchase.

Physical orders are handled separately from award review. Whether you order, pay for, cancel or receive a refund for an item has no effect on the award result or the free digital benefits. An order cannot improve a product's status, expand the recognized version or change the award year.

Confirm the delivery destination before production and check the tracking information when supplied. For an incorrect inscription, damaged item or missing delivery, use the order reference so the fulfillment matter can be addressed without involving your application review.
