Request physical award labels.
Physical award labels are printed items for the product and version named in an active award record. They reproduce the approved artwork with the recorded award year stated beside it. The recipient is responsible for applying them within the recognized scope.
Labels for one awarded model cannot be used to imply recognition of every item in a product range.
Digital permission remains free
Authorized digital artwork and its permitted use are free. You do not need to buy preprinted labels to use the mark in an approved product placement. If your own packaging supplier reproduces the mark, provide the authorized files and the mark guidelines.
Details for a quote
Provide the award reference, requested quantity, desired label dimensions, intended placement and delivery country or region. Describe any material or finish requirements, including the surface on which the label would be used.
Requested specifications are subject to confirmation in the quote. Read the proposed dimensions, material, printing, quantity and price before agreeing to production.
Artwork and product proof
Use the correct award year and approved artwork. The production proof should show the label at its intended size, with the award name and year readable. Check the proof on the proposed product placement, especially where several models share similar packaging.
Approve the proof only after the product identity and artwork have been confirmed. Do not ask a supplier to remove the NPF identity or omit the recorded award year to fit a smaller label.
Production and delivery
After your request, review the itemized quote and proof. Confirm the purchase arrangements before production begins. The order record gives the agreed specifications, estimated schedule and dispatch information.
Use and concerns
Report substantive product changes before using existing labels on a revised product. If a supplied label is misprinted or damaged, use the order reference and photographs to request help. An order problem does not change your digital award rights.
