Your digital award recognition.
Your award belongs to the product named in your decision notice, in the model or version reviewed. The award year is the year that decision was made. An application receipt confirms a submission; it does not confer an award or permission to use the mark.
Keep the decision notice and public award reference with your product records. They identify the recognition you may describe in product information and marketing.
Three free digital benefits
| Benefit | What you receive | Where to begin |
|---|---|---|
| Digital award certificate | A PDF identifying the recognized product, award year and public reference, with a link to its NPF record. | Digital certificate |
| Digital award mark | Authorized artwork and permission to use it for the recognized product, within the mark guidelines. | Digital award mark |
| NPF registry record | A public record showing the product identity, recognition scope and current status. | NPF registry guidance |
All three benefits are free. There is no recipient package, digital licensing fee, registry charge or digital renewal fee.
Access your files
Use the authorized contact email associated with the awarded product to open recipient access. After email verification, select the product and download its current certificate and artwork. Access does not require a physical order, a payment or a donation.
If a sign-in link expires, request another from the access page. If your organization has changed its contact email, ask for a contact update; a public award reference alone does not establish authority to receive private files.
Use the award accurately
Identify the product and retain the award year when you use the mark. Place it beside the recognized model or version, rather than beside a group of products that were not reviewed. Use the supplied artwork without changing its wording, proportions or colors.
Check your public record
Compare the product name, brand, model or version and year with your decision notice. The same public reference appears on the certificate, the Mom’s Pick product page and the NPF registry record. The registry also shows whether a record has been corrected, replaced or withdrawn.
Changed products
Tell us about a change to the product's design, materials, intended use, claims or instructions. Recognition does not automatically transfer to a revised model. A spelling correction and a new product version follow different review paths; both are free.
Optional physical recognition
Trophies, printed certificates and physical labels are available through a separate request and quote process. You may use all your free digital benefits without ordering them. Declining, canceling or seeking help with an order does not alter the award decision.
Help
For a missing file, an access problem or a usage question, include the public reference and a short description of what you need. Do not send a password or a sign-in link.
