• Any accessories or configurations included in the application are identified.
• For a book or digital resource, I have supplied identifying details and authorized access to the complete material being considered.

• Important claims are listed separately.
• Each important claim has a relevant supporting document or link.
• Reports identify their issuer, date, subject and the product or version assessed.
• I have noted the page or section that addresses each claim.
• I have explained any reliance on a related model or component.
• Category-specific documents are included where the use, claim or market makes them relevant.
• The wording of each claim stays within what the evidence supports.

• Every file opens and is readable.
• Uploads use PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF, within 20 MB per file and 100 MB in total.
• Links work for an authorized reviewer and will remain available during review.
• The attachment list contains the correct documents for this application.
• The proposed public product name, model and description are accurate.
• I can identify a product image that may be approved for publication after recognition.
• I understand that uploaded evidence remains private and that public product details are approved separately.
• I have removed unrelated personal information and children’s sensitive or identifiable data.
• I have permission to share the submitted materials and proposed public image.

• The contact email is correct and can receive application messages.
• I have read the entry rules and privacy notice.
• I can confirm my authority and the accuracy of the application.
• I understand that a receipt confirms submission, not recognition.
• I understand that review normally takes about two months from confirmation of complete materials.
• I understand that no payment, sample shipment or physical-item purchase is required.
