Requests and quotes
A request is an inquiry for a quote. It is not acceptance of an unspecified price and does not create a paid order.
The quote identifies:
- The item and production specification.
- The recognized product, year and reference.
- The quantity and currency.
- Production, delivery and applicable tax charges.
- The quote validity period.
- The estimated production and delivery schedule.
- The purchase arrangements and relevant cancellation conditions.
Review the complete quote before deciding whether to purchase. A requested material, size or finish is not confirmed until included in the agreed specification.
Proof approval
The authorized contact approves the inscription or artwork proof. Check wording, brand, model or version, year, reference, size and placement where applicable.
A proof does not amend the award record. Resolve any product-record correction before approving affected wording. Changes after approval may require additional work; the effect on price or timing is stated before that work is authorized.
Payment and production
Purchase arrangements are provided with the actual quote. Do not send payment card details through a contact or quote-request form. A request receipt is not a payment receipt.
The order identifies the point at which purchase is confirmed and production may begin. Production requires the approvals and arrangements specified in that order. No item is treated as paid or dispatched solely because an inquiry was submitted.
Delivery
Provide a complete destination and check it before confirmation. The order gives the agreed delivery method and estimated schedule. Tracking is supplied where available. Destination-specific charges or customs arrangements are addressed in the applicable quoted terms.
Report an address change before dispatch. Once an item is dispatched, any rerouting depends on the carrier's actual options and may involve a revised cost.
Changes and cancellation
You may decline a quote before accepting a purchase. After confirmation, request changes or cancellation promptly through order access. The outcome depends on the work already completed, the production or dispatch stage and the terms accepted with the order.
The order service explains any applicable charges for authorized work already carried out. It does not impose a digital award charge as a condition of canceling physical items.
Errors, damage and returns
Report a damaged, misprinted or incorrect item with the order reference, a description and relevant photographs. Keep the item and packaging until instructions are supplied.
The issue is checked against the order specification and approved proof. The appropriate correction, replacement, refund or other remedy is confirmed for the circumstances. A preference change concerning a personalized item may be handled differently from a production error.
Do not return an item to a guessed address. Follow the return instructions supplied for the case. These terms do not remove any rights that apply under law.
