Request physical award items.

Verify the authorized contact email and select the product from recipient access. The product name, award year and reference are drawn from the approved record. A publicly visible award number by itself does not authorize an order.

Choose a trophy, printed certificate, physical labels or “More than one item.” For one item, enter the quantity requested. For several items, list each item and its quantity in the specifications field. The quote confirms the individual quantities and what can be produced.

For an initial quote, provide the delivery country or region. Full recipient and street-address details are supplied privately when confirming an agreed order. We do not request shipping details as part of the award application.

Use the specifications field for proposed inscription wording, item preferences and any label size or placement requirements. Quotes and proofs are sent to the verified recipient email associated with the request. Any correction to the award identity must be resolved through the product-record process.

Check the selected product, item quantities, quote destination and production notes. Submitting the request indicates that you want a quote; it is not agreement to an unstated price or payment arrangement.

Open order access to review the itemized quote and proof. Check the specifications, quantities, currency, production and delivery charges, applicable taxes, quote expiry and estimated schedule. If you choose to proceed, follow the payment and purchase arrangements stated in that quote. Production does not begin on the basis of an inquiry alone.

You may decline a quote without affecting your award or digital benefits.
