Your public NPF registry record.
Recognition includes a public NPF Healthy Products Registry record at no charge. There is no separate application for paid inclusion, and no physical purchase is required. The record allows parents, retailers and other readers to check which product received the award.
What is recorded
The record shows the approved product name, brand, model or version, category, award year and public reference. It also identifies the scope of recognition, the intended users described in the submitted materials, the decision date, current status and relevant updates.
Approved product images and the official product information link help readers distinguish the awarded version from other versions. Publication is limited to information cleared for the public record.
One reference across your records
Your certificate, Mom’s Pick product page and NPF registry record use one public award reference. The QR code on the certificate opens that product's official NPF record, rather than a general foundation homepage. Readers can compare the identity and current status without creating an account.
Public and private details
The registry is a public product record, not a file of your entire application. Applicant contact details, private correspondence and supporting documents are not published as part of the listing. A public reference does not provide access to recipient downloads, application evidence or orders.
Check and correct
Review the public fields when you receive the record link. Report an incorrect name, model or official URL through recipient access so the authorized contact and supporting facts can be checked. Use the product-change process for substantive changes to the product itself.
Record status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Recognition applies to the product and version identified in the record. |
| Updated | A recorded detail has been corrected or clarified. Read the update note and current fields. |
| Replaced | A later record or certificate issue has superseded the one being viewed. Follow the linked record and check the version. |
| Withdrawn | The recognition is no longer active. The record identifies the effective date and the published reason. |
An update does not extend recognition to a new model unless that model has been reviewed and formally recognized. Records are not withdrawn because a recipient chooses not to purchase physical items.
