Get help with an application.
Use this page for questions about eligibility, categories, documents, submission difficulties or access to an existing application. Include the product name and official link when the question concerns scope or evidence.
A support request is not an award application. It does not reserve recognition or change the review criteria.

Answers to common questions
Do I need to send a sample?
No. Submission and review are entirely online. Prepare the product information and supporting materials described in the evidence guide.
When does the review estimate begin?
A complete application normally takes about two months to review, starting when the materials are confirmed as complete. The submission receipt and completeness confirmation are separate steps.
What is free?
Application and review are free. Recognized products receive a digital certificate, digital award-mark permission and a public NPF record at no charge. Physical items are optional purchases.
Can I add a missing document through this form?
For an existing application, use the private application page so the document is attached to the correct record. Support can help if access or uploading does not work.
Help with an existing application
Use the application email to request secure access. In the private area, you can read requests for information, view the current estimate and follow the application.
You may include a private application reference in a support request to help identify the issue. The reference alone does not authorize disclosure of private review information. Identity must be verified before that information can be discussed.
Send a specific question
Describe the question and what you have already tried. For a technical problem, include the page, approximate time and error message. Do not include passwords, payment details, customer records or children’s personal information.
For a scope question, identify the product’s intended use and the claim or feature that needs clarification.
Send support request
After your message
A receipt with a support reference appears after the request has been saved. Replies go to the email you provide. Keep the reference if you need to follow up.
If the question concerns a private application, you may be asked to use a verified access link before a reply includes review information.
A question about an issued decision
If you believe a decision contains a factual error, misreads a submitted document or involves a procedural issue, use the decision-review process. It explains the time limit, the evidence needed and how to submit a private request.
