Help with your application.
Application support handles eligibility, product categories, documents, uploading, submission and access to an existing application. Tell us the product and the specific question so we can direct the response appropriately.
For private review information, use the contact email associated with the application. Product-record updates and decision reviews have their own routes below.

Answers before you contact us
Do I send samples? No. Review takes place online using the product materials and authorized content access.
What does entry cost? Application and review are free.
When can I apply? Throughout the year, when your materials are ready.
How long is review? Allow about two months after complete materials are accepted.
Which materials do I need? Start with the documents guide and the category page for your product.
An existing application
Use application access to read a materials request, send a reply, check timing or read the decision. Request a new sign-in link if an earlier link has expired.
For a changed contact email or other access difficulty, include the application reference in your support question. We verify authority before sharing private information or changing access.
Send your question
Choose the topic and include the product name or application reference if available. Describe what you need to know. For a technical problem, give the page, action and error message; avoid sending passwords or sign-in links.
A scope question should include intended use, users, the official product link and the exact claim or function involved. Use the form below for the question rather than submitting a duplicate application.
Send support request
Your support receipt
After the request is saved, the page shows a support reference. Keep it if you need to follow up. Replies use the email supplied with the request; private application information requires verification.
A support message is handled as a question. Submit the online application when you are ready for product review.
Questions about a decision or record
For a factual or procedural issue in a decision, use the decision-review process within its stated time limit. For a typo or change to an awarded product, use the product-update service. These routes keep the request with the appropriate application or award.
