Carriers & On-the-go
This category covers carriers and carrying products used in family routines. The application should identify who wears or uses the product, what it is intended to carry and the limits that affect its use.
There is no entry fee. Submit the materials online; no physical samples are required.

What belongs in this category
Examples include baby carriers, wraps, slings and bags designed to carry everyday family essentials. These products have different purposes, so describe the main task rather than relying on the category name.
Strollers belong in Strollers & Travel. A product with a medical, therapeutic or specialist support claim needs an eligibility check before review.
Fit and intended users
For a carrier, state the manufacturer’s age, weight and size limits and identify the wearing positions included in the instructions. Explain any requirements that depend on the child’s stage, the wearer’s size or the product’s adjustment range.
For a bag or organizer, identify its capacity, intended contents, attachment options and any stated restrictions. An attachment shown in a photograph should agree with the approved instructions.
Information to prepare
Prepare:
- The exact product name, model, size and material variants included.
- A description of the intended users and carrying purpose.
- Complete wearing, fitting, fastening or attachment instructions.
- Current limits, warnings and precautions.
- Cleaning, inspection and maintenance instructions.
- Product photographs showing straps, fasteners and relevant parts.
- Compatibility information for attachments or accessories.
- Documents supporting important claims and applicable product-specific requirements.
Include the instructions customers receive. A short promotional video can supplement those instructions, but it should not replace them.
How the information is reviewed
For a carrier, the documents should explain fit, adjustment and permitted wearing positions in a way the intended user can follow. For a bag, capacity and attachment instructions should be clear. In both cases, the product description is checked against the stated limitations.
This is a review of submitted materials. It does not involve fit testing across body types or establish clinical or developmental effects.
Find a product record
A record identifies the recognized model and any included sizes or configurations. A new material, fastener arrangement or carrying position may change that scope; do not assume every variant is included.
Submit a Carriers & On-the-go application
You can apply at any time of year. A complete application normally takes about two months to review from confirmation of complete materials. Use the product’s main purpose to select the category.
