Contact Mom’s Pick Awards
Choose the topic that best describes your question: applications, recipient files, mark use, a public record, physical items, media, privacy, accessibility or another program matter. Describe the question in your own words; you do not need to identify an internal department.

Information to avoid
Send only what is needed for the question. Do not include passwords, sign-in links, full payment card details, or children's names, photographs, diagnoses or other private family information.
If a request concerns a private application or recipient account, additional email verification may be required before that information can be discussed.
After submission
A saved message receives a service reference. Keep it if you need to follow up and use the same reply email. A submission error means the message was not saved; correct the indicated field or retry rather than assuming it reached the service.
Sending a message does not submit an award application, change a decision or place a physical order.
